I booked online 2 rooms for 4 people. The booking was confirmed they sent us email Indeed it was two rooms one with a king bed and the other with 2 double beds. The day before the trip we received on other email confirming our booking. When we arrived at the reception they said the is no room under my name I showed them the email they asked me to forward the email to them, after a while everything that was written on the email changed and the room was one room with 2 bedrooms, I asked them how did they changed it. They said it's the email I sent to them, I asked if it is possible to share a room with kids, non responded to that, we had to leave and find the place that would accommodate us and kids. We were so dissapoited about their doing
